Young children vary in their skills, knowledge, backgrounds & abilities. Effective teaching requires individualized teaching & chances to learn for all children to access, participate & thrive in early learning settings.
Using children’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) & Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals is part of effective teaching, individualizing & creating inclusive environments to support children’s positive outcomes.

Child Success Team (CST) meetings are held when the topic being discussed requires a multidisciplinary approach or child scores Refer or Rescreen (twice) on developmental or social emotional screenings & has not responded to individualized strategies to support areas of concern.
