The Family Eligibility Specialist platform is designed as a training and day-to-day reference tool. Within each module review the content, watch the embedded videos & complete Knowledge Checks, which will be followed by a Certificate of Completion.

Every effort is made to support families in getting their child to school daily & on-time
Case Conferencing
Team members meet monthly to discuss & address the immediate needs of families
Transition Services
Child & Family Transition Plans are developed for all Head Start children & families
ACTIVE SUPERVISION
Active Supervision plans address safety concerns specific to each classroom
Home Visits
We conduct home-visits to to get to know & support the families we serve
